Why do people become angry?
Anger is an expression of lack of contentedness.
This sounds obvious but if you think about it more deeply, there is more to discern.
First you need to consider what constitutes contentedness.
Being content is a state of completeness, of no feeling of need or want.
Lack of contentedness is therefore incompleteness and a perceived feeling of need or want.
People become angry when they become aware that they feel incomplete and dissatisfied, therefore feeling that there is something they need or desire to become content.
They may not realize that it is contentment they seek, for they may think that it is to be happy which is a transient state.
How can people become content? How can people feel complete?
The answer is always the same, for people’s true state is unchanging and complete. To become content and therefore feel no need to be angry is to allow your true state to emerge into your consciousness.
Give yourselves time to experience your inner self, your soul.
Come to realise that the external world is not your reality.
The energy of your soul is vibrating in unison with that of Source, therefore you are not lacking, you are already complete.
You do not realise this because you are looking outwards into the illusion of the world, which covers the understanding of your soul with lower vibrations.
What should people do to become content?
Be still. Feel the high vibrations within. Allow them to emerge and flower into a wide bloom of peace and love.
Allow yourselves to feel the fullness and completeness of your being in unison with All That Is.
When you give yourselves time to feel your Oneness with All, you start to discover the hidden contentedness which is you and it is then impossible to be angry.
