The writing in italics is channeled message:
Everyone has what it takes to BE the love that connects all that is.
A lot of the time you do not accept this, you seem to think that it has to be ‘created’, or accessed via meditation, a book, or some other fount of wisdom and knowledge.
If you choose to do so, you can Be Love, right here right now, in every moment.
It is difficult at times to ‘be’ this love you speak of – for instance, when someone is being aggressive towards me. What’s the best way to deal with that?
The answer is simple, but not easy to apply in this kind of situation.
For best effect, practise ‘being love’ when you are in a relatively calm state of mind, body and emotion – for example, whilst meditating.
Allowing that feeling of stillness and calm to percolate through to the next thing you say or do will add momentum. From there, you may find that you can continue it even further into your experience, little by little, until you are in that state for long enough to feel the difference when you lose your grasp of it.
Do not be downhearted when you find yourself back at the beginning with this. Just keep on trying until it becomes your permanent way of operating and feels comfortable, no matter what.
